This clinic was founded in 1968 and serves the people of El Paso County. This service area has been designated as a HPSA. The clinic maintains three service sites and provides services such as WIC, nutritional counseling, social services, family planning, HIV/AIDS testing and counseling, health education, mental health counseling, and transportation assistance. The Ochoa site also contains a full service family dental center, a laboratory, radiology services, and pharmacy.
