Fort Bend Family Health Center, Inc.
Founded in 1975, FBFHC targets the medically needy of Fort
Bend, Waller and Wharton counties, but opens its doors to
all who wish to receive care without regard to income or circumstance.
This service area has been designated as a Medically Underserved
Area. FBFHC maintains five service delivery sites and a mobile
clinic. Services provided include comprehensive primary care,
dental services, behavioral health services, medical case
management and treatment support, WIC, pharmacy, laboratory,
integrated eligibility, nutrition counseling, family planning,
HIV/AIDS services, and health education.
