Spring Branch Community Health Center

In 2003 a group of Community Leaders decided to take action and help reduce healthcare disparities by creating a neighborhood-based health center. With the financial support of neighborhood churches and private donations the clinic opened its doors in May 2004 offering services three days a week. In 2005 the community clinic was designated a Federally Qualified Health Center.

Spring Branch Community Health Center is a private, non-profit community health center providing quality and affordable healthcare services to the underserved community of Spring Branch. Our mission is to provide comprehensive healthcare services to all patients and become the medical home for residents in this community.
