TACHC works on statewide outreach efforts to many different populations including children, adults and seniors who are uninsured or underserved in Texas. This site features information regarding initiatives, which TACHC implements with the support of partners in both the state and advocacy communities. It also includes information regarding past initiatives. TACHC aims to make outreach materials and other resources available through this site to assist others who are working towards the same goal.
