Health care organizations today are faced with many challenges: financial, regulatory, and patient service to name a few. This program is designed to help the health center staff deliver service excellence to every patient, every day, during every encounter. This dynamic workshop will encourage participants to think differently about patient service. Tools and tips will be introduced and participants will be encouraged to create a personal plan and recommendations that would lead their organization down the Road to Service Excellence.
