As the Director of IT, Michael Aston leads technology and business process improvements, strategic research and innovation initiatives across TACHC.
Over his 20+ years in IT Michael has worked in a range of positions from help desk to management. He has led software development on major projects for multiple Fortune 100 companies. Previously, Michael served as lead developer on a data-centric application in the finance sector that made extensive use of data analytics, data science, and machine learning. Michael is committed to a customer-centric approach to IT development and improving efficiency and versatility for the highest quality IT services. Michael is a champion for user experience research and design which is always at the forefront of his decision making when designing and building systems.Michael has an MBA from the blue turfed Boise State University with an emphasis on IT management and emerging technologies. He obtained an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Washington State University. During this time Michael worked on multiple clinical research projects and for a non-profit providing behavioral therapy for children.
