As TACHC’s Community Development Director, Nancy provides technical assistance to federally qualified health centers through desk reviews and operational assessments as well as financial and productivity benchmarking. Nancy assists those organizations interested in becoming a federally qualified health center in determining need and community interest in such an endeavor. Nancy also serves as faculty for centers participating in the Optimizing Clinical Care Collaborative (OC3) learning years. During her 11 years of working at a community health center, her duties included; practice administrator for multiple sites, planning and research, grant development, and project management. Nancy previously worked for several hospital systems with a focus on planning and patient satisfaction. Nancy also managed a 24/7 medical call center and transitioned rural physician practice into the hospital-owned management services organization. Nancy has her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and her Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech University.
