The Texas Association of Community Health Centers and Envolve PeopleCare have partnered to offer a nurse advice line service for TACHC members through the TACHC Group Purchasing program.
The nurse advice line is after-hours support for your center that allows patients to speak to registered nurses and be directed to appropriate care options. These nurses, licensed in Texas, follow industry standard Schmitt-Thompson decision support protocols and are available 24/7/365. Reduce the number of patients being uneccessarily sent to the ER and meet HRSA's after-hours requirement with ease. As this requirement has proven to be frequently unmet at HRSA operational site visits, we are excited to offer such a valuable service. The flat monthly rate is based on unduplicated UDS patient counts, not call volume. Unlike other advice lines, you can encourage your patients to utilize this service when your center doors are closed and ultimately provide more continuity of care.
